Zen Restaurants Corporation first opened this branch of its famous sushi bar & restaurant in the Clark Freeport Zone on September 11, 2003. Situated directly in the heart of the exclusive Mimosa Leisure Estate right across the street from the Holiday Inn Hotel. Apart from their 2 branches in Makati, this is the 1st Zen restaurant outside of Manila.

Surrounded by a dense jungle of Acacia trees, this newest addition to the popular Zen Japanese Restaurant chain occupies a total space of 332 square meters with a maximum seating capacity of 105. The unique and gorgeous structure was designed by local Pampanga architect Popoy David.

There are 4 private rooms to accommodate parties & business meetings and 1 room for cocktails and after dinner coffee. The layout also includes a full service Sushi Bar that seats 8 persons, 2 Yakiniku tables and a Drinks Bar. There are 3 dedicated teppanyaki tables with a total seating for 28 persons.

Zen’s menu features an extensive variety of authentic Japanese styles of cooking that include agemono (fried), nimono (boiled), shioyaki (grilled) and teppanyaki dishes. The classic Zen favorites such as Gindara & Chicken Teriyaki, Spicy Tuna Sashimi, Zen Maki, Oyster Teppanyaki and Bento Box are a mainstay of the menu. New menu specials have been added like the Continental Maki (bacon w/ olive oil & basil), Dote Nabe (imported oysters in miso base), Tofu Ankake (fried tofu w/ garlic & butter), Uni Tempura (batter fried sea urchin) and Banana Tempura Sundae. We are serving USDA Prime & Choice Certified Angus Beef selections such as Rib-Eye, New York Strip & Sirloin.
